Return and refunds will only be available if the vendor has agreed to a return or refund in their advertisement for the particular part being advertised. If the vendor has not agreed to return, then as a buyer you will not be eligible to return your item for any reason.

If you receive a car part that is defective or faulty,

Return Authorization: If the item is deemed faulty, the seller will allow the return
Return Shipping: You are responsible for shipping back to the seller.
Refund: Upon receiving the returned item, the vendor will confirm receipt of the item and provide a refund.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.
Items returned without prior authorization or outside of the specified return period will not be accepted.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Change of Mind:

Condition of Item: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging materials intact.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved
Return Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
Refund: Upon receiving the returned item and confirming its condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping fees.
